Betts Townsend have been commissioned to Project & Construction Manage the new I&M executive office in Parklands Nairobi. The building is set to change the skyline of Nairobi an d will become a n d iconic landmark.

The building will be tech survey a n d will incorporate approx. 17,000m2 of commercial fit-out. Of which I&M will lease 50% of the balance to multinational operations.
